While Thomas Built Bus does their very best to build a school bus without issues, there might be times that repairs are needed.  In this event we have made it as simple and easy as possible for you to get those repairs completed.

Your options are as follows:

1. Bring your bus to our service facility in Farmington, MN.
2. Bring your bus to one of the 7 satellite service locations conveniently located around the state.
3. Perform warranty work yourself and be paid for it under the Customer Performed Warranty Agreement (CPWA).
4. We can come to you. A trip charge will apply depending on distance from Farmington.
