Q. WHY IS MY FRONT BLOWER MOTOR RUNNING ALL THE TIME EVEN WITH THE KEY OFF?

A. THE MOST COMMON CAUSE FOR THIS IS A FAILED FRONT BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR. YOU CAN GET THE FRONT BLOWER MOTOR TO SHUT OFF BY 1 OF 2 WAYS.

1. IF BUS IS EQUIPPED WITH A BATTERY SHUT OFF IN THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT, YOU CAN TURN THAT AND SHUT OFF THE BATTERY POWER INSIDE THE BUS. 2. YOU CAN UNPLUG THE RESISTOR WHICH IS LOCATED ON THE VERY RIGHT SIDE, BOTTOM OF THE DASH. YOU CAN SEE THE CONNECTOR FROM THE BUSES SIDE VISION PANEL.

Q. WHY IS MY LIGHT CHECK NOT WORKING?

A. MOST COMMON REASON IS THAT THE HIGH BEAMS ARE TURNED ON. CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE HIGH BEAMS ARE TURNED ON. IF THEY ARE TURN THEM OFF AND TRY THE LIGHT TEST AGAIN.

Q. WHY WHEN I TAKE LEFT HAND TURNS MY BRAKE LIGHT TURNS ON AND SOUNDS THE BUZZER?

A. MOST COMMON REASON FOR THIS IS THE BRAKE FLUID IS STARTING TO GET LOW IN THE RESERVOIR. WHEN THE FLUID GETS LOW AND YOU TURN THE BUS, THE FLUID WILL SLOSH TO THE RIGHT SIDE. CAUSING THE SENSOR TO READ THAT THE BRAKE FLUID IS LOW UNTIL THE BUS COMPLETES THE TURN. IT IS NORMAL FOR FLUID TO GO DOWN AS THE BRAKE PADS WEAR. PERFORM A BRAKE INSPECTION TO SEE IF THEY NEED REPLACEMENT. IF THEY ARE STILL OK, ADD SOME BRAKE FLUID. DON’T COMPLETELY FILL THE RESERVOIR JUST ADD ENOUGH FOR FIX THE CONCERN WHEN TURNING OR YOU WILL GET A MESS WHEN YOU REPLACE YOUR BRAKE PADS AT A LATER DATE WHEN YOU COMPRESS THE CALIPERS.
